一种多功能镀锡添加剂镀液性能的研究

摘　　要：使用自制的一种多功能硫酸盐镀锡添加剂 ,在优选出的最佳镀液配方和工艺条件下 ,测试了镀液的性能 .结果表明 :均镀能力 99%,深镀能力 10 0 %,电流效率 87%,沉积速度 5 9μm/h ,镀液稳定性好 .A multifunctional additive for sulfate tin plating was developed.Bath formula and plating parameters were optimised.Perfornance of the plating bath was tested. Results show that the throwing power in uniformity attains 99%,the throwing power in depth reaches 100%,the average cathodic current efficiency is 87%,the average deposition rate is 59% μ m/h and the bath is quite stable.
