利用资本市场实现高校科技成果的产业化

摘　　要：教育产业化是当今世界的发展潮流。通过分析我国现有的资本市场 ,指出实现高校科技成果的产业化 ,则不仅是可行的 ,而且已有成功的尝试 ;科技成果产业化的模式有发行股票、借壳上市和合作开发生产 3种 ;在产业化过程中 ,要克服科研机制、经济体制中的障碍性因素 ,找到现实可行的途径 ,以加速科技成果产业化的步伐。Industrialization of education is a main trend in the world today. There were some cases in which people took the collected shares of a whole college for exchange in the developed countries. But it is evidently not realistic in our country at present. However, through the existing capital market in our country, there exist not only a feasibility but also asome successful attemptation to realize the industrializa tion of achievements in science and technology acquired by colleges and universities. This essay has elaborated the background, structure and channels of this process, especially the current situation and peculiarities concerned in this locality. This essay is expected to attract universal attention to the importance of such a problem.
