摘  要:【目的】探讨血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)、血小板反应素 (TSP)在结直肠癌中的表达 ,与结直肠癌微血管计数、转移之间的关系。【方法】用免疫组化方法 (S P法 )检测 10 5例原发性结直肠癌手术切除组织中的微血管计数 (MVC)和VEGF、TSP蛋白表达。【结果】结直肠癌VEGF表达阳性率 6 1 9% ,TSP表达阳性率 72 4%。MVC在VEGF表达阳性者明显高于VEGF表达阴性者 (31 6± 13 2vs2 5 4± 10 7,P <0 0 5 )。发生淋巴结转移、远处转移病人VEGF表达阳性率明显高于无转移者 (P 均 <0 0 5 )。MVC在TSP表达阳性者和阴性者之间没有显著性差异 (2 8 7± 12 8vs30 8± 12 4,P =0 434 )。TSP表达与淋巴结转移和远处转移无关。【结论】VEGF表达与结直肠癌血管生成和转移密切相关 。The aim of this study was to analyze the relationship of vascular endothelial growth factor, thrombospondin expression with angiogenesis and metastasis in colorectal adenocarcinoma. The microvessel counts (MVC), the expression of VEGF and TSP protein in 105 primary colorectal carcinoma specimens were evaluated by immunohistochemical staining. Sixty five (61 9%) of the 105 cases were positive for VEGF protein, seventy six (72 4%) positive for TSP protein. MVC was significantly higher in VEGF positive tumors than in VEGF negative tumors (31 6±13 2 vs 25 4±10 7, P<0 05). VEGF expression was more frequent in lymph node(P<0 05) and hematogenous(P<0 05) metastatic tumors than in non metastatic tumors. MVC was not different between TSP positive tumors and TSP negative tumors(28 7±12 8 vs 30 8±12 4, P=0 434). TSP expression showed no association with lymph node and hematogenous metastasis. [Conclusions] The expression of VEGF is closely associated with angiogenesis and tumor metastasis, it could be regarded as a biological marker in prognosis for colorectal tumor progression and metastasis.
