摘　　要：本文在曲直灰数的概念、运算基础上 ,定义了复盲数的均值概念 ,并介绍了应用方法 .Based on the concept and operations of winding and straight gray number, this paper gives the concept of the even value of complex blind number, and introduces the methods to apply it.
