摘　　要：论述了知识经济对现代医学高校图书馆的参考咨询工作的要求和挑战 。The request and challenge posed to the reference work in medical university libraries by knowledge-based economy are described, and the contents of the reference work is briefly introduced with the example of Library of the Capital University of Medical Sciences.
