光合细菌对动物生产性能及生理体况的影响及其机理研究

摘　　要：通过本试验可以看出 ,在高峰后期蛋鸡日粮中添加 1ml～ 3ml PSB/ 10 0 g,可使高峰后期蛋鸡产蛋率下降速度减慢 ,鸡蛋中的硒含量和 SOD活性显著提高 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,使鸡蛋的抗氧化活性显著提高。鸡体血浆 SOD、GSH -Px活性、VE含量、红细胞 Na+- K+- ATPase活性均显著提高 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,从而使鸡体本身的生理体况得到明显改善。Through the test,it is proved that PSB is riched in all kinds of vital physiological substances,which are necessary for n ormal living functions.Certain amount of PSB added in diet can improve the produ ction and qualities of egg.And PSB can enhance the immunity system and antioxyge nic activity, as to promote the capabilities of resist diseases.
