摘　　要：在当今跨国、跨文化交流的广度与深度达到了前所未有的程度之际 ,提高英语听力水平至关重要。那么怎样提高呢 ?针对这一问题 。On the occasion of present day transnational and trans cutural communication happening to an unprecedented extent in range and depth,it's of vital importance to improve our English listening competency.But how?This article aims to tackle it from the perspective of students' basic quality training and skill training.
