脑动脉硬化的脑电图、脑电地形图及临床分析

摘　　要：目的　观察脑动脉硬化患者的脑电图 (EEG)及脑电地形图 (BEAM)变化特点。方法　应用北科 DYD- 50 0型 BEAM仪及软件 ,系统分析了 35例脑动脉硬化患者的 EEC及 BEAM的变化规律。结果　脑动脉硬化的 EEG波幅及频率均发生改变 ,α波指数减少 ,调节幅欠佳 ,无沉静期 ,而 BEAMα频带前移、泛化 ,α及β功率值降低 ,θ频带功率值增高 ,枕区尤明显。结论　 EEG和? Objective EEG and BEAM(Brain Electrical Activity Mapping) were observed in encephalon arteriosclerosis patients.Methods We assessed characteristics of EEG and BEAM in 35 encephalon arteriosclerosis with DYD 500 type equipment.Results The amplitude and frequency of EEG changed in the arteriosclerosis patients.The α index decreased,the amplitude modulation was worse and its silence stage disappeared.The BEAM could indicate the change that included forward movement,diffusion of α wave and β wave.Contemporary the power of θ band increased,especially in occiput.Conclusion EEG and BEAM were good objective indexes to early diagnosis and prognosis of encephalon arteriosclerosis.
