摘　　要：讨论了在两参数威布尔场合下 ,定数截尾样本的矩估计问题 .利用转化的思想得出了矩方程 ,从而得出矩估计 .Based on Type-Ⅱ censored samples, the problem of moment estimation of the two-parameter Weibull distribution is discussed. With the method of transformation,the moment equation is derived,and the moment estimators are proposed thereby.
