HN-97金属烤瓷外源性着色剂的扫描电镜研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察HN 97金属烤瓷外源性着色剂上色烧结后的表面光滑性及与体瓷结合情况。方法 :将HN 97金属烤瓷外源性着色剂涂于Shofu瓷片 ,经Shofu自身上釉温度烧烤 ,用日立S 5 2 0扫描电镜观察并与Shofu着色剂比较。结果 :二种着色剂肉眼观察表面光滑 ,而SEM检查可见少量小凹 ,但HN 97金属烤瓷外源性着色剂比Shofu着色剂少。二种着色剂与体瓷结合均良好。结论 :HN 97金属烤瓷外源性着色剂是一种表面光滑且与体瓷结合牢固的着色剂。Objective: To study the HN 97 porcelain stain's superficial smooth property and its combination with body porcelain after firing. Methods: Apply a thin slurry of HN 97 porcelain stain powder over the polished Shofu body porcelain surface, and fire it at an autogenous glaze temperature (920 ℃). The surface and sagittal section were viewed by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and were compared with those of the Shofu stain. Results: When observation was made by naked eye, surfaces of the two porcelain stains were all smooth. When observation was made by SEM, pittings were seen on the surfaces of two porcelain stains, but pittings of the HN 97 porcelain stain are less than those of the Shofu stain. The combination of the two stains with body porcelain is very good. Conclusion: The HN 97 porcelain stain is smooth on the surface and firm in combination with body porcelain after firing.
