摘 要:粳稻资源中抗褐稻虱的抗源尚未发现。目前生产中应用的粳稻抗褐稻虱品种(系),均是通过导入籼稻抗褐稻虱基因培育而成。本研究采用我国目前推广的沪粳抗、P119(品系),秀水620、秀水664、秀水04等粳稻和IR_(64)、87_(品4)、87_(品6) TN_1等籼稻品种(系)进行非选择性、抗生性等九个抗性指标测定,并用星座图聚类分析法进行有关抗性的综合评价。结果表明:IR_(64)、为高抗;沪粳抗、87_(品4)、87_(品6)为中抗;秀水620,秀水664、P119均介于中抗与中感之间;TN_1、秀水04为感虫品种。并进行了综合评价抗性的RR指数评判法、内禀指数评判法、主成分(主因子)分析法和星座图聚类分析等的比较;认为后者较为完善。The gene resource resistant to BPH in Japonica varieties is not disco- vered yet. All the BPH-resistant Japonica varieties presently used in rice production were bred through the transduction of resistant gene from the resistant Indica varie- ties. Nine indexes of nonpreference and antibiosis of BPH were assessed in several Japonica varieties lines as Hugengkang, P 119, Xiushui 620, Xiushui 664, Xiu- shui 04 and Indica varieties lines as IR 64, 87 v. 4, 87 v. 6, and TN 1, popularized in China. The cluster analysis of star graph was used in the comprehensive resistance evaluation. The analysis results showed that IR 64 was graded as high resistant types, Hugengkang, 87 v.4, and 87 v. 6 as moderately resistant types, Xiushui 620, Xiushui 664 and P 119 as between moderately resistant and moderately susceptible types, TN_1 and Xiushui 04 as BPH suseeptible types. The comprehensive resistance evaluation by the convergent test results as standard method (TN_1 as a standard) was compared with other methods including resistant ratio index, correct trend index of population, and principal component analysis, and proved best successful.
