摘　　要：以实达电脑集团公司成为我国第一家进入ST行列的高科技上市公司为例 ,阐述了我国企业快速成长期在多元发展与管理、人力资源管理、企业文化建设、财务管理、资本运作、产品研发、品牌建立、产权结构、领导层。By citing the example of Star Computer Group Corporation which became the first ST high technology corporation,an attempt is made to analyze the problems and causes of Chinese enterprises in the period of growing up quickly,such as the pluralistic development and managment in many aspects,managment of human resources,construction of enterprise cultrue,managment of financial affairs,operation of capital,research of products, establishment of the brand,structure of property right.
