摘　　要：结合我校电工实习与设计教学基地的规划建设 ,讨论了专科学校如何综合利用实习基地的资源 ,提高设备利用率的问题 。This paper explores how to integrate use resourses of the practice base and increase utilization ratio of equimpments about technical school, moreover talks own method and idea about how to establish engineering environment of talent training according to the program and construction of teaching base on electrical engineering practice and design in our university.
