摘　　要：目的 :探讨外阴癌行广泛外阴切除术后缺损修复术式。方法 :对 5例外阴癌患者利用其会阴部及股后侧的菱形移位筋膜皮瓣一期修复外阴广泛切除术后局部缺损。结果 :采用该术式修复的 5例患者创面均Ⅰ期愈合 ,随访 2～ 3年局部瘢痕较轻 ,外阴丰满。结论 :对Ⅰ、Ⅱ期外阴癌 。Objective: To discuss the modified operation for repairing vulvae coloboma in patients with extensive vulvae resection. Methods: Bilateral rhomboic fasciocutaneous flaps from patient's root of thigh were used to repair vulvae coloboma in 5 patients. Results: After bilateral rhomboic skip flaps were used to repair vulvae coloboma, patients recovered with wound healed by first intention, small scar crummy vulvae and no recurrence were oberserved during 2～3 years' observation period after operation. Conclusion: We believe that it is a good technique to repair the vulvae colomoba by using bilateral rhomboic skip flaps after traditional extensive vulvae resection and lymphadenectomy are performed.
