摘 要:重点介绍了受损船体剩余强度评估与预报(包括确定船舶危险破损状态,研究船舶破损进程中结构能力和载荷效应变化规律,建立破损结构响应和极限强度分析计算模式以及可靠性评估的动态模型,改进船舶极限承载能力计算方法),并介绍了老龄船舶剩余强度变化规律、评估指标及预报有效寿命期的方法。指出其延伸研究成果可为海事界制订风险规范、建立现代设计体系以及实施船舶综合安全评估提供理论基础和背景条件。The residual strength assessment and prediction are studied in the project, including the determination of risk failure scenario, the change law of structural capacity and load effects in the damage of ship structure, the models for structural response and ultimate strength analysis, and dynamic model of reliability assessment. In addition, the project has improved calculation method of ship ultimate load-bearing capacity, and studied the change law, assessment criteria of residual strength, and method of predicting lifetime for aging ships. The valuable conclusions have been obtained by a large unmber of engineering calculations. The project and its extended results can provide theory foundation and back-groud condition to make risk rule and modern design system, and implement risk analysis and formal safety assessment for the marine. The results will improve design quality and shipping safety of ship and offshore and enhanced society and e-conomic benefits.
