摘 要:应用光镜和电镜对角蟾亚科短腿蟾属、拟角蟾属和角蟾属 3属 18种精子的形态结构进行观察和比较 ,并通过计算机对其各部位长度进行了测量和计算 ,结果表明角蟾亚科精子的共同特征是 :精子主要由头和尾两部分组成 ,头部呈螺旋状 ,尾部为波状或弯曲状。但精子的量度和头部形状在属间和种间存在明显差别 ,角蟾亚科的精子可分为 3类。该亚科精子形态的差异与成体形态学研究结果基本相吻合 ,精子形态的差异可为该亚科属、种的划分 。Sperm morphological structures of 18 species in three genera (Brachrytarsophrys,Megophrys and Ophryophryne) of Chinese Megophryinae were examind and compared with light and transmission electron microscopy,and sperm sizes were measured using computer image analysis. The result shows that Megophyinae spermatozoa obviously differs from those of the other families of Anura,the spermatozoa are thin and long \{(90\^52-186\^71*!μm),\}their head is spiral and crokscrew-shaped,and the tail is winding. The distinct differences in sperm shape and size also exist among the species and also the 3 genera of Megophryinae. 2 species (B.carinensis and B.feae) of Brachytarsophrys have similar spermatozoa,with the length of 144.90-156.67(150.79±8.32)*!μm. The spermatozoa of Ophryophryne microstoma are short (94.81±3.17*!μm) and are very similar to those of most species of Megophrys (such as M.boettgeri,M.glandulosa and M.omeimontis). Spermatozoa of M.gigantica and M.shapingensis are much longer 〔166.82-186.71(176.77±14.06)*!μm〕 than those of the species of Megophrys 〔90.52-135.22(110.85±15.14)*!μm〕 and notably differ from those of other Megophryinids. Sperm of Megophryinae may be divided into 3 groups based on spermatozoa head shape and size measurements. The study on sperm morphology will provide useful information for classification of species and genera of Megophryinae.
