芝麻同源四倍体特征特性研究

摘　　要：对芝麻同源四倍体特征特性观察结果表明 ,同源四倍体较相应的二倍体植株增高 ,花器变大 ,千粒重提高 ( 4 .0 6g) ,结实率下降。同源四倍体的生长速度现蕾前较慢 。This article deals with characteristic observation on autotetraploid materials of sesame.The results showed that the autotetraploid materials were usually characterized by their higher plant,bigger flower and seeds as compared with the diploid.However,the seed setting frequency was lower.The rate of growth of autotetraploid was slower the diploid before squaring and faster after it.
