摘  要:目的 :通过动物实验 ,观察膜引导组织再生术 (MGTR)与生物活性材料结合修复重建下颌骨骨缺损的效果。方法 :手术制备下颌骨标准骨缺损不愈合模型 ,将膨体聚四氟乙烯膜 (e PTFE)与Bioglass结合修复下颌骨缺损。结果 :实验组 (e PTFE Bioglass)与对照组 (e PTFE)在术后各时点 2、4、8、12w新生骨形成量有显著差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :MGTR与Bioglass结合修复重建下颌骨骨缺损 ,术后成骨早 ,术后 12w似正常骨质 ,为进一步临床应用提供实验依据。Objective:This work had studied on effect of application of membrane guided tissue regeration(MGTR) combined with Bioglass to implant for mandibular defect restoration in animals.Methods:The experimental animals were prepared for critical size mandibular defects(CSMD) by operation and implanted in e-PTFE+Bioglass.Results:The computer image analysis system display new bone formation increased at 2.4.8.12.week after surgery.The new bone formation in the experimental group(e-PTFE+Bioglass) were much more than that in the control group (e-PTFE). (P<0.05) .Conclusion:Combination of the e-PTFE and Bioglass implants for mandibular detect restoration to make new bone formation earlier.In the experimental group (e-PTFE+Bioglass) new bone formation are found at 2 week after surgery.The new bone almost become healthy bone at 12 week after surgery.So that it can be used in clinical study afterward.
