摘　　要：运用逆转录聚合酶链式反应研究了硝酸铈对大白鼠肝脏CalpainⅠ、CalpainⅡ基因表达的影响。腹腔注射高浓度硝酸铈可引起Calpain基因表达的变化 。The effect of cerous nitrate on expression of Calpain in rat hepatocyte was studied by means of reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR). The results show that high dose of cerous nitrate (50 mg·kg -1 ) induces the increase of expression of Calpain mRNA, but low dose of cerous nitrate (1 mg·kg -1 ) does not. Possible mechanism for this phenomenon is discussed.
