冻藏双效制冷装置的开发研究

摘　　要：针对当前冷库冻结间利用率低 ,能耗大等弊端 ,开发设计了一种既可用于冻结又可用于冷藏、冻结冷藏可随机切换的双效制冷装置 ,给出了设计方案。通过变蒸发面积、变风向、变风量 ,使压缩机的制冷量随库房负荷的变化实时自动调节 ,达到节约能量 。Aiming at the disadvantages such as low utilization feeiciency of the freezing room and high energy consumption exist in current cold stores, a double-function refrigeration installation for bith freezing and cold storage is discussed in this paper, and the two functions can be switched to each other at will. Adesign plan is put forward. The compressor's refrigeration capacity can be adjusted automatically. according to the losd of storeroom by means of changing evaporator area, the direction of airflow and the flow rate. So the result of saving energy and improving the quality of frozen food and freezing ratio is reached.
