摘  要:以艾维菌成年公鸡为试验对象 ,采用真代谢能 (TME)法研究湖北省 8种早稻糙米营养物质的利用率及代谢能值并与玉米比较。结果表明 ,8种早稻糙米的物质、粗脂肪和总能的表现利用率和真利用率平均分别为 83.15 %和 85 .93%、94 .6 7%和 95 .0 3%、93.37%和 95 .71% ,高于玉米 (P <0 .0 1) ,粗蛋白的表观利用率和真利用率平均分别为 4 8.37%和 5 2 .92 % ,显著高于玉米 (P <0 .0 5 )。苏氨酸、缬氨酸、异亮氨酸、亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸、赖氨酸和精氨酸的表观利用率和真利用率平均为 79.32 %和 79.4 9%、83.5 4%和 83.6 8%、81.13%和 81.30 %、83.5 1%和 83.6 3%、82 .0 2 %和 82 .19%、82 .4 8%和 82 .6 2 %、90 .88%和 90 .92 % ,高于玉米 (P <0 .0 1) ,胱氨酸和蛋氨酸的表观利用率和真利用率平均分别为 80 .16 %和 80 .6 5 %、72 .76 %和 72 .91% ,显著高于玉米 (P <0 .0 5 )。表观代谢能和真代谢能值均高于玉米 ,分别为 16 .38MJ kg和 16 .6 8MJ kg。其中表观代谢能与玉米间差异极显著 (P <0 .0 1) ;除鄂早 6号 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,真代谢能与玉米间差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。糙米的营养价值相当于或高于玉米 ,是一种良好的能量饲料。Avain adult cocks were selected to study the nutrient availability and the metabolizable energy value of 8 species of early paddy brown rice and maize with true metabolizable energy(TME) method.The results indicated that for the brown rices,average apparent availability and true availability of dry matter,ether extract and gross energy were 83.15% and 85.93%,94.67% and 95.03%,93.37% and 95.71%,respectively higher than those of maize (P<0.01).Average apparent availability and true availability of crude protein were 48.37% and 52.92% respectively,higher than those of maize(P<0.05).Average apparent availability and true availability of Thr,Val,Ile,Leu,Phe,Lys and Arg were 79.32% and 79.495,83.54% and 83.68%,81.13% and 81.30%,83.51% and 83.63%,82.08% and 82.19%,82.48% and 82.62%,90.88% and 90.92% respectively ,significantly higher than those of maize (P<0.01).Average apparent availability and true availability of Cys and Met were 80.16% and 80.65%,82.76% and 72.91% respectively,higher than those of maize (P<0.05).Compared with maize,apparent metabolizable energy (AME) and true metabolizable energy (TME) of brown rice were higher by 16.38MJ/kg and 16.68MJ/kg,respectively.The difference of AME value between brown rice and maize was extremely significant (P<0.01).TME value of brown rice was significantly higher than that of maize (P<0.05) except for Ezao 6. It is suggested that early paddy brown rice is a good energy feedstuff because its nutritive value is higher than or similar to that of maize.
