EGFR、c-myc与PCNA在大肠癌中的表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的　研究EGFR、c myc与PCNA在大肠癌中表达的意义及其相关性。 方法　应用免疫组织化学SABC法检测 82例大肠癌组织及 2 0例“正常”粘膜中EGFR、c myc与PCNA的表达。 结果　“正常”粘膜中无EGFR高表达 ,癌组织中EGFR、c myc高表达率分别为 6 3 4%和 46 3% ,癌组织中PCNA LI为78 6 %± 17 1% ,显著高于“正常”粘膜中 2 4 6 %± 10 7%。癌组织中EGFR、C -myc高表达和PCNA LI与大肠癌的分化程度、淋巴结转移及Dukes分期相关。癌组织中EGFR、c myc高表达和PCNA LI三者间均存在正相关关系。结论　检测大肠癌组织中EGFR、c myc与PCNA表达对判断大肠癌的生物学行为有一定的价值。大肠癌组织中EGFR、c myc表达增高与其高增殖活性有关。Objective To study the significance and the relationship of the expression of EGFR,c-myc,PCNA in colorectal carcinomas.Methods The expression of EGFR,c-myc,PCNA were detected in 82 cases of colorectal carcinomas and 20 cases normal tissues by SABC immunohistochemistry.Results The high expression of EGFR,c-myc were 63.4% and 46.3% respectively in colorectal carcinoma,there were no high expression of EGFR in normal tissue.The PCNA labaling index(PCNA-LI) in colorectal carcinoma were 78.6%±17.1%,it was significant higher than that 24.6%±10.7% of normal tissue.The high expression of EGFR,c-myc and PCNA-LI were correlated with degree of differentiation,lymph node metastasis and Dukes staging of colorectal caicinomas.The high expression of EGFR,c-myc and PCAN-LI was correlated with each other.Conclusion The detection of the expression of EGFR,c-myc and PCNA is valuable for evaluating the biological behavior of colorectal carcinomas.The high expression of EGFR,c-myc were correlated with the high proliferation of colorectal carcinoma.
