摘 要:随着柴油机增压程度的提高,对排气系统的设计提出了新的要求.由于涡轮增压器综合效率的提高及柴油机向小气门重叠角方向的发展,许多高增压柴油机采用单排气总管排气系统.本文用试验手段研究了单排气总管系统采用扩张排气支管的流动特性,研究了排气支管的适度扩张有利于发动机缸内低压循环的基本原理.With the supercharging of diesel engines brought to higher levels, new demand has been set on the design of engine exhaust systems. Meantime, with the increase in overall efficiency of turbochargers and the development of diesel engines towards smaller valve overlap, exhaust systems with single exhaust manifold have been adopted for many highly supercharged diesel engines. By way of experiment, researches have been conducted to investigate the flow characteristic of divergent exhaust branch applied in a single exhaust manifold system, and the basic principles on which a moderate diver- gence of the exhaust branch may be advantageous to the in-cylinder low pressure cycle of highly boosted diesel engines.
