摘 要:为了测量轨道的几何参数 ,安全检测综合车在转向架上加装轨检梁结构 ,用以安装新型测量传感器以满足测试要求。本文建立了加装轨检梁结构的安全综合检测车整车动力学模型 ,比较了不同的轨检梁结构形式对安全综合检测车曲线通过动力学性能的影响。动力学分析表明 ,以往采用的轨检梁结构由于均衡梁和联系梁之间采用垂直销接或焊接结构限制了前后轮对的相对位移 ,导致了轮对在进出曲线时横向力及脱轨系数急剧加大 ,同时造成均衡梁和联系梁连接处存在极大内力 ,这种结构是不合理的。根据以上分析结果 ,重新设计了的轨检梁结构。动力学分析表明 ,加装了新的轨检梁结构的安全综合检测车的曲线通过性能达到了与无轨检梁结构的原型车相近的水平 。To measure the track geometry, a new combined safety inspection car is under developing, on which track measuring beam is mounted on one of its bogies to install the newly developed sensors. In this paper, a complete combined safety inspection car model with track measuring beam on the bogie is built, with which, curve negotiation performances of the car installed with different track measuring beam structures are compared. Dynamic analysis shows that the former measuring beam structure limits the relative displacement of the front and rear wheels due to the vertical pin connection between the equalizing beam and the connecting beam which results in rapid increase of the lateral force and L/V ratio when the wheel set approaches or leaves the transition curve and at the same time causes extra large internal force existed in the joint of the equalizing beam and the connecting beam. The analysis results help to select the structure whose curve negotiation performance is very close to that of the combined safety inspection car without the beam. The interaction forces on each of the connecting pieces for the new measuring beam structure is much smaller than that of the former one.
