摘  要:食用鲜骨泥是国内外新开辟的食物源,许多工业发达国家非常重视这一新兴食品的开发利用。近几年,骨泥食品也引起了我国食品行业的重视,做了大量工作。但目前我国多数人对骨泥还很陌生,骨泥加工机械有待于进一步研究,特别是骨泥利用技术研究跟不上,骨泥食品很少投放市场,这一大有开发前途的新兴食品还有待于进一步开发。Edible fresh mashed bone is a new developed food resource in the world, many industry developed countries have paid much attention to this new food's development and utilizationo In recent years, mashed bone foods have caused the attention of our food industry also, and much work has been done. But at present, many people don't know much about it in China, and this kind of food put on the market is very little because the processing machinery is waiting for being improved and research of application technique is backward. So there is much work waiting for being done for further development of this new food which has boundless prospects.
