E-CD和CD_(44)V_6在膀胱癌组织中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：应用免疫组化 SABC法对 81例膀胱移行细胞癌患者癌组织中细胞粘附分子上皮钙粘附素 (E- CD)和CD44 V6的表达进行检测。结果显示 ,E- CD的异常表达与膀胱癌临床分期、病理分级、淋巴结转移显著相关 (P均<0 .0 5 )。 CD44 V6的阳性表达与膀胱癌临床分期、病理分级有显著关系 (P均 <0 .0 5 ) ,伴淋巴结转移组的 CD44 V6阳性表达率显著低于未转移组 (P<0 .0 1)。认为 E- CD和 CD44 V6均与膀胱癌浸润转移明显相关 。An avidin-biotion immunoperoxidase technique was used to detemine the expression of E-CD and CD_ 44V_6 in 81 cases of bladder transitional cell cancer.The results showed decreased E-CD expression correlated with histological grade,clinical stage and lymphnode metastasis(P<0 05,P<0 05,P<0 01) The expression of CD_ 44V_6 correlated well with histological grade,clinical stage and lymphnode metastasis (P<0 5,P<0 05,P<0 05) This suggests that E-CD and CD_ 44V_6 immunoreactivity are significantly correlated with invasion and lymphnode metastasis,the two gene are combined to check the invasion and lymphnode metastasis.
