摘　　要：培养大学生健全的人格是时代的需要 ,是高等教育的重要使命和素质教育的核心目标。应充分发挥教育的功能 ,遵循大学生成长的规律 ,伴随着社会的发展和现代化的进程 ,培养塑造大学生健全的人格。Cultivating sound personality of college students is the need of the present time, the important responsisbility of higher education, and the core and aim of quality education. It is necessary to do the work by making full use of the function of education, following the rules of the growing up of college students, and going forward along with the development of society and the progress of modernization.
