摘　　要：对马鹿花籽实在食品加工方面的应用进行了初步的研究 ,综述探讨了马鹿花的营养成分及豆奶的加工生产工艺 ,并研制出营养丰富、风味独特的马鹿花豆奶 .This paper is about food processing of exploitation and utilization in seed crystal of Pueraria wallichii and summarizes its nutritional information. We studied the productive technology of bean-milk beverage, which is a kind of much nutrient and nice taste.
