摘　　要：以蔗糖为原料,制备豆腐、豆腐脑的豆浆凝集剂—葡萄糖酸-δ-内酯的简易制备方法及制备原料的最佳配比,为家庭制作提供了便利条件。The agglutinant of soy bean milk and j ellied bean curd with sucrose as the r aw material,the simple and easy method and the excellent proportion of the preparatio n of glycolic acid-δ-lactones provide people with easy ways of maling soy bean milk and jellied bean curd at home.
