摘　　要：面对 2 1世纪的新形势 ,特别是我国入世以后 ,我国高校产业既有难得的机遇 ,又有严峻的挑战 ,必须审时度势 ,采取有效措施 ,开创新局面 ,实现跨越发展。Facing the new situation of the 21st century and with entering WTO,there is both good opportunity and serious challenge for industry of higher learning institutions in China.We must make a correct assessment of the situation,develop new aspect in order or realize development in striding way.
