摘　　要：终身教育是一种新的教育制度,是对传统的教育观念的冲击,是全世界教育发展的趋势。成人教育是 终身教育的“重头戏”,信息高速公路的开通,使传统的教育观念发生了根本的变化。Life-long education is a new educational system. It is an impact of life-long education against the idea of conventional education. And it is also a tendency towards the development of worldwide education. Adult education is a focal point of the life-long education. Opening the imformation highway has greatly changed the idea of conventional education.
