人才匮乏将成为制约黄石经济发展的“瓶颈”

摘　　要：分析了黄石市专业技术人员的构成情况 ,指出高新技术领域人才匮乏、创造性人才匮乏、高素质管理人才匮乏、高级技术工人匮乏是制约黄石经济发展的“瓶颈” 。This paper analyzes the composition of Huangshi professional technical personnel ,and points out that the shortage of higher technological personnel,creative qualified personnel ,and management personnel with high qualification is becoming a bottleneck restricting Huangshi economic development . Therefore, the author thinks that it is extremely urgent to make innovations in management.
