摘　　要：女性教育程度标志着社会进步与发展的程度 ,高等农业教育对女性的塑造体现了可持续发展实现人的普遍关怀的理念和人的解放与全面发展的理想 ,为女性的发展创造机会 ,而女性接受高等教育又增强区域经济实力与完善民主政治。本文论述了高等农业院校对女性人才的培养以及女性人才对 2Degree on women education indicates the degree on society improvement and development. Higher agricultural education to women materialize senses about sustaining development and ideal about human liberation and general evolution. Higher agricultural education creates chances for women growing,further more,women who got higher agricultural education strengthen economy and enhance democracy politics.The authors have discussed that higher agricultural education cultivates the women talents and women talents contribute to regional economy and society development in the 21st century.
