摘　　要：我国食品营养强化工作起步较晚。近年来虽有所发展和改善,但我国居民营养缺乏的症状仍比较严重。今后一个时期,国家将把提高国民身体素质、强化营养膳食补给作为一项重大的战略性任务来抓。因此,抓好营养强化剂的发展工作就显得尤为重要。The beginning of enhancing food nutrition in China was very late. In recent years the situation on enhancing food nutrition has been improved obviously, but the Chinese residents that having lack of nutrition are still very popular. Therefore, it is very important to enhance food nutrition and to improve the Chinese human body's quality.
