摘　　要：知识经济向图书馆提出了智能化的要求。为了适应这一要求 ,图书馆员应具备特殊的智能结构 ,即 :“T”型的知识结构 ,良好的智力结构和综合化的能力结构。Knowledge economy has intelligent demands upon libraries.To fit in with the demands,the librarians should have special intelligence structure,that is,T type structure of knowlege,good structure of intellect and totalizational strcture of abilities.
