速溶咖啡中咖啡因含量测定方法——液相色谱法

摘　　要：样品中咖啡因经水溶解过滤后 ,采用高效液相色谱仪配有紫外检测器的HPLC进行测定 ,并以外标法进行定量 ,结果表明 :咖啡因测定的质量分数在 0 .2 5 %～ 5 .0 0 %之间 ,方法的回收率为 92 .0 %～ 99.6 %.本方法对速溶咖啡中咖啡因含量检测的各项技术指标完全符合分析测试的要求 .The caffeine in the sample is determined and quantified through water solution and filtration with the effective application of HPLC and UV detector. The result shows that the density of caffeine is 0.25 %-5.00% and the recycling rate is 92.0%-99.6%.Through this method, every technical index of determining the caffeine in instant coffee is in conformity with the requirement of analysis and determination.
