摘 要:目的探讨有留守经历大学生的认知情绪调节策略在儿童期虐待与焦虑、抑郁情绪之间的中介作用。方法采用儿童期虐待问卷(CTQ)、自评焦虑量表(SAS)、自评抑郁量表(SDS)和简版认知情绪调节量表(CERQ)对1510名大学生(有留守经历者386名)进行问卷调查。结果有留守经历大学生在儿童期虐待(35. 10±9.63)、焦虑(38.84±16.06)和抑郁情绪(40.62±16.02)上的得分高于无留守经历大学生(P<0.01);有留守经历大学生的儿童期虐待与消极认知情绪调节策略和焦虑、抑郁情绪之间呈正相关(r=0.25, P<0.01; r=0.38, P<0. 01; r=0.40, P <0.01),与积极认知情绪调节策略之间呈负相关(r=-0.29, P<0.01)。焦虑、抑郁情绪与消极认知情绪调节策略之间呈正相关(r=0.28, P <0.01; r=0.32, P <0.01),与积极认知情绪调节策略之间呈负相关(r=-0.25, P<0.01; r=-0.29, P<0.01)。焦虑情绪和抑郁情绪之间存在呈正相关(r=0.80, P <0.01)。结论儿童期虐待不仅对有留守经历大学生的焦虑、抑郁情绪具有直接影响,还可以通过认知情绪调节策略对有留守经历大学生的焦虑、抑郁情绪产生间接影响。Objective To explore the mediating role of cognitive emotion regulation strategy in the relationship be- tween childhood abuse and the emotion of anxiety/depression of university students with left-behind experience. Methods 1510 college students were investigated (386 college students with left-behind experience) by using Childhood Trauma Questionnaire (CTQ), Self-assessment Anxiety Scale (SAS), Self-assessment Depression Scale (SDS) and Cognitive E- motion Regulation Questionnaire (CERQ). Results The scores of childhood abuse (35.10 ±9. 63), anxiety (38.84 ±16. 06) and depression (40. 62 ± 16. 02) in those with left-behind experience were higher than those without left-behind experience (P < 0. 01 ) respectively. For the college students with left-behind experience, there existed several positive correlations between childhood abuse and negative cognitive emotion regulation strategies, anxiety or depression (r = 0. 25, P <0. 01 ; r =0. 38, P < 0. 01 ; r = 0.40, P < 0. 01 ) while negative correlation with positive cognitive emotion regulation strategies was also found ( r = - 0.29, P < 0. 01 ). There were several positive correlations between anxiety, depression and negative cognitive emotion regulation strategies ( r = 0.28, P < 0. 01 ; r = 0. 32, P < 0. 01 ) while negative correlations with positive cognitive emotion regulation strategies were also found (r = - 0. 25, P < 0.01 ; r = - 0. 29, P < 0.01 ). Moreover, anxiety and depression were positively correlated (r = 0. 80, P < 0. 01). Conclusion Childhood abuse experience not only has direct influence on anxiety and depression, but also has indirect effects on them through cognitive emotion regu- lation strategies of college students with left-behind experience.
