摘  要:制备了分别含有0. 5%纳米ZnO、纳米TiO_2、纳米SiO_2成分的聚乳酸(PLA)/聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBAT)/碳酸钙(CaCO_3)薄膜,使用透湿透氧仪检测薄膜的阻隔性能,分析三种纳米成分对薄膜阻隔性能的影响;使用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)建立其中爽滑剂芥酸酰胺的检测方法并研究其向食品模拟物的迁移;对比了异辛烷、95%乙醇、100%乙醇三种食品模拟物对芥酸酰胺迁移的影响;探究了三种纳米成分对芥酸酰胺迁移的影响。结果表明,薄膜在100%乙醇中的溶解程度最大,芥酸酰胺的迁移量也达到最大;纳米成分的加入可能通过延长了小分子运动,在材料内部形成新键,提高了材料的结晶度而提高了材料的阻隔性,阻隔性为SiO_2>TiO_2>ZnO;纳米粒子具有超大的比表面积,而芥酸酰胺分子量较小,容易被纳米粒子吸附,能在一定程度上降低它在食品模拟物中的迁移,因此纳米成分的加入对芥酸酰胺的迁移均有抑制作用,抑制能力为TiO_2>SiO_2>ZnO。PLA/PBAT/CaCO3 films separately containing 0. 5% nano-ZnO,nano-TiO2 and nano-SiO2 were prepared to detect the barrier properties and analyze the effects of three nano-components on the barrier properties. Gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer( GC-MS) was used to establish the detection method of erucic acid amide in the film and study its migration. The effects of three kinds of food simulants,95%ethanol,100%ethanol and isooctane on the migration were compared. And the effects of nano-ZnO,nanoTiO2 and nano-SiO2 on the migration of erucic acid amide were investigated. The results show when the solubility of the membrane in the 100% ethanol could achieve the maximum, the maximum migration is achieved. The addition of nano-components could prolong the movement of small molecules,form new bonds inside the material,and improve the crystallinity of the material,which could improve the barrier properties of the material and the order is SiO2> TiO2> ZnO. Nanoparticles have a large specific surface area,while erucic acid amide has a small molecular weight and is easily absorbed by nanoparticles,which could reduce its migration in food simulants to a certain extent. Therefore,the addition of nano-components could prevent the migration of erucic acid amide,and the prevention order is TiO2>SiO2>ZnO.
