摘　　要：“一带一路”倡议下,我国铁路运输行业面临着新的历史机遇。铁路职业教育与“一带一路”的战略相结合,促进技能型人才的发展、促进市场需求与行业发展,但同时也面临着国际化复合人才短缺、铁路类高职院校国际化水平薄弱等问题,要通过开展中外合作办学,培养本土化人才,加强沿线国家的语言文化教育,提升自身内涵等路径,真正支撑我国铁路行业发展和走出去战略。Under the Belt and Road Initiative, China's railway transportation industry is facing new historical opportunities. The combination of railway vocational education and the Belt and Road strategy promotes the development of skilled talents, promotes market demand and industry development, but also faces the shortage of internationalized composite talents and the weak internationalization level of railway vocational colleges. It is necessary to carry strengthen language and culture other paths, and truly support the out Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools, cultivate localized talents, education in countries along the route, enhance their own connotations and development of China's railway industry and the strategy of going global.
