高职院校校内实习公司的模式及案例研究

摘　　要：高职院校校企融合不断深入,推动了校内实习公司的建立,为学生提供更良好的实习平台。通过阐述高职校内实习公司的模式和类型,从资金来源和经营形式上进行划分,简要分析了应用较为广泛的引进企业型、校企股份制和材料加工型等模式,重点以几所校内实习公司实施效果较好的高职院校为例,研究了其成功的运作方式,包括校内模具公司、液压气动及自动化技术实习基地和“四有工,,实习基地,为高职院校建立健全校内实习公司及运行方式提供借鉴。The integration of schools and enterprises in higher vocational colleges has deepened, which has promoted the establishment of internship companies in schools and provided students with a better internship platform. This paper analyzes the mode and type of internship companies in higher vocational schools, divides them from the source of funds and the form of operation, and briefly analyzes the models of the introduction of enterprise type, school-enterprise joint-stock system and material processing type. Focusing on the successful implementation of several higher vocational colleges in Several on-campus internship companies, we have studied the successful operation methods, including the school mold company, hydraulic and pneumatic and automation technology practice base and the "four-work" practice base. It provides reference for the establishment of a sound internship company and operation mode in higher vocational colleges.
