摘  要:特色高职院校建设计划是我国高职教育下一步内涵发展的重要举措。然而国家示范、骨干高职院校建设完成后,我国高职教育内涵发展进入了高原期。在内涵建设尚处于比较迷惘状态的背景下,如果没有明晰高水平高职院校的关键特征与建设路径,特色高职院校建设计划很可能难以取得突破性成就。综合多方面分析,高职院校内涵建设的关键抓手和突破口是"研究",从"建设"到"研究",是高职教育内涵发展范式的转变,这种高职院校可称为"研究型高职"。基于研究的发展思路要求拓展项目建设周期、搭建研究所需要的硬件平台、系统规划重要研究领域,以及构建促进研究的文化与制度。The developing plan of characteristic higher vocational colleges is an important measure for the further developmentof higher vocational education in China.However,after,the completion of the construction of national demonstration and backbone vocational colleges,the connotation development of higher vocational education in China has entered a plateau period.When connotativedevelopment is still in a state of confusion, without a clear understanding of the key features and developing paths of high-level vocational colleges,it is difficult to achieve breakthroughs for the developing plan of characteristic vocational colleges.By comprehensive analysis of various aspects,the key point and breakthrough of connotation development in higher vocational colieges is "research".From "development"to "research"is the transformation of the connotation development paradigm of higher vocational education.This kind of .higher vocational colleges can be called research-oriented higher vocational colleges.Research-based development requires expanding the project construction cycle, building the hardware platform needed by the research institutes,planning systematically important research areas,and building a culture and.system to promote research.
