摘 要:首先,测量装载机的转向角、动臂升角、铲斗转角及动臂油缸压强,采用一套多体动力学算法,计算出稳定区域图,该图是一张以极坐标表示装载机沿不同方向倾翻角度的封闭图形。然后,用陀螺仪测量装载机所处的坡度及其相对坡度的朝向角,并在稳定区域图中画出其稳定状态点,通过比较该状态点是否接近稳定区域图的边界来实现预警。最后,通过模型试验验证了该稳定区域图计算的准确性及预警方案的可行性。A rollover prewarning method for articulate loader is proposed.Firstly,the steering angle, boom lift angle,bucket rotation angle and boom cylinder pressure are measured.Second,with these information and using multi-body dynamics algorithm,the stability diagram is calculated,which is an enclosed plot in polar coordinates to show the rollover angles in different directions.Third,according to the slope angle and the relative orientation of the loader toward slop measured by gyroscope,the state point of loader stability is determined in the stability diagram.Finally,early warning is achieved by judging if the state point is close to the boundary of the stability diagram.The accuracy of stability diagram and the feasibility of early warning method are verified by the model experiments.
