摘  要:2018年9月召开的全国教育大会和2018年1月颁布的《中共中央国务院关于全面深化新时代教师队伍建设改革的意见》,为新时代教育和教师工作确定了基本政策取向,尤对2018年至2022年全面建成小康社会之际我国教师队伍建设具有重要指导意义,标志着我国教师队伍建设进入了换档升级、提质增效、深化改革的新阶段。在全面建成小康社会进程中,教师队伍建设既是内容,更是抓手。各地各相关方面应当总结成绩,分析形势,聚焦关键,推动政策落实,实施好教师队伍建设基本方略。The year 2018 is an important year in Chinese education. Both the holding of the National Education Meeting in September and the releasing of document titled " the Opinions on Comprehensively Deepening the Reform of the Teaching Force Development in the New Era" by the State Council in January are of guiding significance to the construction of the teacher resources in the process of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects from 2018 to 2022, indicating the relating reforms have come to the new upgrading stage of pursuing quality and efficiency. The construction of teacher resources is both content and means of building a moderately prosperous society. Authorities should conclude all aspects, analyze the trends, focus on key terms, and promote the implementation of reform strategies.
