摘  要:"是非"是先秦诸子共用观念之一,以孟子、荀子、庄子等对"是非"观念塑造较为典型。孟子以"是非之心"的话语方式,把"是非"提升为四端之一,为"是非"观念注入了强烈的道德意涵。与此对照,荀子则注意提升"是非"观念作为名相的独立性,纳入对秩序、礼法的考量,回归于事实和经验。"是非"语词,与先秦诸子共用观念"圣人""仁义""智""心""道"等搭配、组合,形成了诸子的观念表达,它们除包含今人所言事实与价值、真假与好恶的应有内容,还体现了中国人把握"是非"观念的三重维度——道德、经验和境界。以孟荀"是非"观念为核心的先秦诸子的话语系统,也为当前重建中国哲学的术语体系,能够提供丰富资源和重要借鉴。"Shi Fei(是非)"is one of the common concepts of pre-Qin thinkers,which is used by Mencius, Xun Zi,Chuang Tzu typically.By using the form of terms of "Shi Fei Zhi Xin(是非之心)",Mencius hope to express a view that the words of "Shi Fei(是非)"contains a wealth of moral connotations.In contrast,Xunzi notices to promote the independence of Shi Fei(是非)"as a special term,which is more closely linked to Order,Etiquette and Rule.The conocation and combination of the word "Shi Fei(是非)"and other terms of "Sage","Benevolence and Righteousness","Wisdom","Heart","Tao"and so on and so forth,which form the concept systerm of pre- Qin thinkers.It does not contain the meanings of Fact and Value,True and Dislike what modern people often say, but also it embodies three preferences:Moral,Experience and Realm.The forms of words,phrases,terms of pre-Qin thinkers typically used by Mencius and Xunzi,which also provide a rich resource and important reference for reconstructing the terminology system of Chinese philosophy.
