摘 要:为进一步明确不同构型起落架荷载作用下机场柔性道面的动力响应规律,利用ABAQUS软件构建了机场柔性道面有限元模型,模拟了不同构型起落架动态荷载作用,并通过NAPTF足尺试验数据验证了模型的有效性;随后,重点分析了不同构型起落架动态荷载作用下柔性道面面层底拉应变、面层顶剪应变以及轮载对面层底拉应变和面层顶剪应变的影响。结果表明,面层底横向拉应变峰值随起落架轮组数增大均呈现增大的趋势,而起落架轮组数对面层底纵向拉应变峰值、面层顶横向剪应变峰值以及纵向剪应变峰值的影响较小;面层底(顶)横向拉(剪)应变峰值均大于纵向拉(剪)应变峰值,且面层底(顶)横向拉(剪)应变更易受面层厚度的影响;较薄的沥青混凝土面层力学响应受轮载变化的影响更大。此外,分析表明面层顶剪应变大于面层底拉应变,建议在柔性道面设计中增加"top-down"开裂的控制设计。In order to further make clearly the dynamic response law of airport flexible pavement under the different configurations of landing gear, the software ABAQUS is used to establish the finite element model of airport flexible pavement to simulate the dynamic loads of the different configurations of landing gear. And the efficiency of the model is verified by the full-scale experiment data of NAPTF. Then the article analyzes the surface bottom tension strain and surface top shear strain of flexible pavement, and the influence of wheel load on the surface bottom tension strain and surface top shear strain under the dynamic loads of the different configurations of landing gear in detail. The result shows that the horizontal tension strain peak value at the surface bottom will be increased with the number increment of landing gear wheel, and the influences of landing gear number on the longitudinal tension strain park value at surface bottom, the horizontal shear strain peak value and the longitudinal shear strain peak value at surface top are smaller. The horizontal tension(shear) strain peak values at surface bottom(top) are larger than the longitudinal tension(shear) strain peak values, and the horizontal tension(shear) strains at surface bottom(top) are easily influenced by the surface thickness. The mechanical response of thinner asphalt concrete surface will be greatly influenced by the wheel loading change. In addition, the analysis shows that the shear strain at surface top is larger than at surface bottom. It is proposed to add the "top-down" cracking control design in the design of flexible pavement.
