扎实推进全国儿童青少年近视防控工作

摘　　要：为切实加强新时代儿童青少年近视防控工作,教育部、国家卫生健康委员会等八部门于近日颁布实施《综合防控儿童青少年近视实施方案》(以下简称《实施方案》),将防控儿童青少年近视上升为国家战略。该文阐述了《实施方案》的出台背景、政策亮点和重要部署,以及教育部等八部门、各省份和地方教育系统对《实施方案》的贯彻落实情况。提出下一步综合防控儿童青少年近视的重点任务为以问题导向和目标导向为指引,狠抓工作落实,强化考核刚性约束,完善"政府主导、部门协同、专家指导、科研支撑、学校参与、家庭支持、社会共治"的综合防控体系。To effectively strengthen the prevention and control of children's myopia in the new era,the Ministry of Education,the National Health Commission and six other departments jointly issued the "Implementation Plan of the Prevention and Control of Children and Adolescents'Myopia".The implementation plan stipulated that myopia prevention should be included in the government performance appraisal indicators.The scheme puts forward background,major practice highlights,as well as progress on implementation across MOE and different level of educational systems.The plan set out staged goals of prevention and control of myopia for children and adolescents,clarifies the responsibilities of government,families,schools,medical and health institutions, and establishes a national assessment system for prevention and control of myopia.It also encourages taking a whole-of-government approach.There is an urgent need to promote a coherent and comprehensive strategy for family,school,and community engagement,scientific evidence supports,as well as the leadership and coordination of national government.
