摘  要:临床医学硕士专业学位研究生培养与住院医师规范化培训衔接后,为保证和提高研究生培养质量,大连医科大学附属第二医院对师资队伍结构进行了创新性调整。尝试将岗位导师制引入研究生培养全过程,试行“双导师制”。从岗位导师聘任条件、岗位职责、培训考核以及保障激励措施等方面进行研究,探索了优化专业学位硕士研究生培养与住院医师规范化培训衔接后师资队伍建设的方法。After the connection between the postgraduate training of the master's degree in clinical medicine and the standardized training of resident doctors,in order to ensure and improve the quality of the professional training,the organization of teaching staff is innovatively adjusted in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University.Try to introduce the post tutor system into the whole process of training and pilot the "double tutor system".Research is carried out on the terms of appointment,job responsibilities, training assessment and guarantee incentives.Exploring ways to optimize the construction of the teaching staff after the connection between the master and the student.
