终身教育视角下《高等教育自学考试暂行条例》的修订思路与建议

摘　　要：修订《高等教育自学考试暂行条例》是目前自学考试法规体系建设的核心内容,也是自学考试制度创新的战略举措。从终身教育视角出发,提出修订《高等教育自学考试暂行条例》的思路和5条具体建议。The revision of Provisional Regulations of Self-Taught Higher Education Examinations is the core content of the self-taught higher education examination system construction today,and it is also a strategic measure for the innovation of self-taught higher education examination system.This paper puts forward the ideas and concrete suggestions for revising the Provisional Regulations of Self-Taught Higher Education Examinations from the perspective of lifelong education,innovation and law,so as to protect the legitimate rights and interests of and address the employment difficulties for self-taught higher education examination candidates and graduates.
