摘　　要：以习近平为代表的国家领导人关注青少年的发展和共青团的建设,带动共青团改革的全面深化。改革坚持用现先进的思想吸引青年,用整体的思维方法指导其行为,实现青少年群体主体利益的凸显和自我需求的满足。而高职院校在发展中致力于产学结合,结合共青团改革的内容,必须建立完整的学生就业服务体系,有重点且更全面地实现高职学生的就业。本文主要就高校共青团改革背景下的高职学生就业服务体系构建进行研究。The national leaders represented by Xi Jinping pay attention to the development of young people and the construc-tion of the Communist Youth League, and promote the comprehensive deepening of the reform of the Communist Youth League. The reform insists on attracting young people with the current advanced ideas, guiding their behaviors with the overall thinking method, realizing the prominent interests of the youth groups and satisfying their own needs. In the development of higher vocational colleges, we are committed to the combination of industry and education. Combined with the content of the reform of the Communist Youth League, we must establish a complete student employment service system, and focus on and more comprehensively realize the employment of vocational students. This paper mainly studies the construction of employ-ment service system for higher vocational students under the background of the Communist Youth League reform in colleges and universities.
