摘　　要：上海市教委自2005年起批准设立上海市中等职业教育开放实训中心。在十多年的运行过程中,实训中心在数量规模、质量内涵、运行机制、管理模式、教学管理等方面积累了诸多经验,但同时也存在布局、功能、运行机制、政策等方面的问题,需要根据现状和发展要求进一步提升实训教学水平,提高人才培养质量。Shanghai Education Commission has approved the establishment of Open Training Center of Secondary Vocational Education in Shanghai since 2005.During more than 10years of operational process,training center has accumulated a lot of experience on quantity scale,connotation of quality,operation mechanism,management mode and teaching management.However,at the same time there also exist problems in layout,function,operation mechanism and policy,etc.Thus,it is necessary to further improve the teaching level of training practice and the quality of talent cultivation according to current situation and development requirement.
